I got terribly sick over the weekend so took off from work on Monday to go to an urgent care. I jumped on to the Yelp, found this place with good reviews. I made an appointment online to reserve a spot (Highly recommend doing that so it saves you some time). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by wonderful front-desk staff, was asked if I made an appointment online and I was made sure that I had minimum wait time. The paper-work was pretty basic (1-2 pages), and a 15 minute wait got me right in. The nurse was right in to see me and got the basic tests done. The doctor (Dr. Kelly Lannutti) wasn't far behind her. Both were very competent and thorough. Dr. Kelly was very clear in her explanation and was very patient to answer the concerns I had. I was in and out within an hour. The average wait time to see a doctor at Reliant Immediate Care Medical Group as provided by patient reviews is 8 minutes.
