I was referred to this walk in clinic by my friend and here I experienced something that has never happened in any of my urgent care visit. Someone from their staff called me after two days and asked how I was feeling with the prescribed medications. My entire visit was satisfactory excepting the long wait time and they really deserve appreciation for their great customer service. The wait time was almost 20 minutes and this made me slash one star. Because I was the only person waiting there and it doesn't make sense to them making me wait for so long. But their staff was courteous and kept me updating about the doctor's schedule. I never wanted to write a bad review but this place definitely deserves it. The worst clinic I HAVE EVER been to!!! The staff there are so unorganized!! it's so hard for them to get back to me!! I had to call them several times to get my test results from a check-up or get a prescription!! I called them and they always told me they would call me right back on the same day (this happened 4 times, 4 times!!) but I never heard from them. So I literally had to chase them down in order to find out some answers! Also ladies at the front desk, they ALL told me wrong information! SUPER unorganized. I never dealt with any clinic like this. I'm surprised East Liberty Medical clinic is on this list. All you have to do is google the clinic's reviews and you'll see how awful they are. Yelp gives it a 2.5 out of 5 star. I personally have gone there and had nothing but bad experiences. I will never be back and I now travel and extra 20 minutes just to get better health care down the road. Very clean facility and they have a parking lot! I highly recommend it instead of trying to wait in pain for your regular doctor to MAYBE see you. I've had bad experiences with other urgent care places where I still had to see another doctor after I finished my meds, or because I was never prescribed any meds. This place served its purpose.
