By the time I finally got off the table, the earthquake had stopped. But, Rimma never left my side, although I'm sure she felt it would have been safer to be outside. We still laugh about it now, but that shows you what type of a lady she is. She is also a wealth of information. Probably, my favorite skill of Rimma's, is her ability to realign my spine, neck and hips. I have gone to chiropractors who have really hurt me with their adjustments. But, Rimma gently puts things back into place with no pain, with the exception of ribs, which does hurt, a lot. But, that would be the case with chiropractors, as well. So, in effect, you are getting a massage & realignment all rolled into one visit and in the proper order. You can't beat that. She also recommends exercises to do at home to help prevent you from getting out of alignment again and to relax spasming muscles. I can't recommend her enough. She is amazing!!
