So she goes back to take my dog for the blood work and a couple minutes later another assistant comes in for me to sign the agreement for the pricing. After seeing how expensive everything was going to be, I asked her if the blood work test was really actually necessary for the surgery and she said not really, so I told her I didn't want the blood work done then. I don't understand why the first girl told me yes when this girl told me no. It makes me think they just put these unnecessary tests in for more money, when the surgery itself is already expensive as it is. Not only that, I also discovered that they charged me $4 for a biohazard waste management/disposal fee. If that was the case, I wouldn't have minded cleaning up my dog's pee myself! And it wasn't even that much, but whatever. I hurt my foot and needed to get an X-ray. I checked I on line and arrived at my assigned appointment time. I was promptly greeted by a receptionist and was taken back within 5 minutes. The doctor and support staff were great. Although I hope I will not need the services of an urgent care facility again, I will definitely go back to Northwest Urgent Care again if I do. This place is amazing! They do really care about their patients. Every time I come here they are friendly and super quick to attend. And one day after they always call to check how your feeling.
