My ethnicity is white, but I do have olive skin that tans easily. Well I gave the YAG laser a chance and I was disappointed with the final results. While I do have 1/3 less hair on the treated area than when I started, I went into the treatments looking forward to having to shave less frequently... if at all in the area. I did not receive those type results with the YAG laser. I also only saw hair loss with every other visit. If you have darker or olive complexion, you may not see the results that you hope to see with the YAG laser.
