He then showed her how to use the device, and had her sign in my stead...including the use/care and safety precautions that were listed, as well as the sales sheet. When I got home, I was appalled that someone would just walk into my house like that! I have called the 800 number and asked to speak to someone in charge to lodge a formal complaint.
