I went in concerned that I was having an issue with my heart and there was no doctor on site...just an incompetent PA who was asking the receptionist which medicine to prescribe to the patient she saw before me when I sat down. When she finally did see me, she did not take any vitals and did not ask for relevant history. She just wanted to take her fee and scoot me along my way. I had to demand an EKG (for what I thought was a heart attack) and it was only then that anyone in the office even took my pulse (at least the tech had some idea of what he was doing)! I left their office with substandard care and incompetent medical treatment by the PA who had absolutely no personal knowledge or oversight by a qualified physician and went to another facility.
