Let me start off by saying that I almost never go to a normal doctor and in fact I think the whole medical profession has gone to SH! I have several doctors in my family and therefore was lucky enough to be treated only by them. But as they have gotten older and I moved across country, I no longer can rely in them. He said I didnt have food poisoning, gave me something for nausea and sent me on my way. I had been severely throwing up (and other end) for so long, that I had nothing left and was shaking painfully from being cold from the dehydration. I couldnt walk or stand by the time I got there. There was no attempt to warm me up or give me fluids. I begged for a blanket, and their answer was 'Sorry, the only blanket we have has blood on it.' What??? Also you only have one blanket in urgent care??? The front desk girl was a total sweetheart and felt terribly for me. She is the only reason there are 2 stars. The doctor, on the other hand was dismissive and treats you like you are stupid. I was able to see my primary doctor the next day, and he confirmed that I had in fact had food poisoning from oysters.
