At first, I thought the doctor I worked with was great. He was really personable and timely. He prescribed an antibiotic for me and also told me to get a lab test. He handed me a flyer with the lab hours of operations, which were completely incorrect. It was closed when I got there. I eventually got my lab test submitted. The doc told me that I would get results in 2-3 business days. After 4 weeks of not hearing from anyone (not even a letter!) about the lab results, I decided to call myself. I got the complete runaround and was promised calls back which never happened. I finally had to call AGAIN and finally got my results.
