Scary neighborhood & no parking but wonderful people and service - I took my two new puppies in to have their first check up last week. Even though I had a hard time getting to the location due to construction I was able to get there. The was not enough parking and I ended up parking on the street behind the clinic. The neighborhood made me a little uneasy but once I got inside the clinic it was clean, nice and the staff was great. In less than 5 minutes I was being seen and my puppies treated. The staff was wonderful in giving me instructions and answering all of my questions. And all told, I had both of my puppies given their shots, a prescription written (and filled) for one of my puppies, had their nails clipped and bought their flea medication for one month (for both puppies) all at a cost of only $90.00. This is an amazing place and makes the costs associated with owning a pet so much easier. My previous vet charged me $150.00 for one visit for one puppy for one set of shots and all of the same things I listed above. To think that I was able to get two puppies treated for almost half that price is amazing. Don't let the neighborhood scare you off.....it is well worth it and you will save a lot more money, much better than spending it all on vet bills. It is a worthwhile goal to make hard-earned insight and know-how available more widely, as in the diagnostic tree used by the robot nurse-figure. But a compassionate trainee equipped with a database could do the job better because she would not sound like a mindless robot.
