In August of 2012, my husband and i went to this establishment to treat a neck spasm my husband was having. When we received our bill in the mail, we found that my husband was charged for services that were not provided and when we asked about their billing procedures and for an explanation of being charged for services my husband did not receive (which i witnessed as i sat in the room with them), they were exceptionally rude, sexist, and unethical (over phone and in email) - - they actually told us that my husband could not get copy of his medicals records without paying our bill (Privacy Laws afford you the right to get access to your records within a reasonable amount of time). They also threatened to send us to a collection agency over a $128 balance during the time we were trying to understand how they could bill us for services that they did not provide.
