The only positive experience was the office staff, nurses and assistants. I hope they are able to work in a more efficient office at some point! By the way, we suspect that they just pull the on duty doctor from their regular doctors office upstairs and have them service anyone that happens to show up at the urgent care office downstairs. Apparently those visitors are no where near a priority!
