Upon the first follow-up, the same desk lady from before tried to charge me again for the follow-up.. I kept cool and simply reminded the lady that my mother paid in full for everything already. One minute after telling me I owe $10, she took it back and said I was okay to go. Meanwhile the doctor is in and out of the room before you can ask any questions. This is case-in-point in why our health care system is in need of reform. A physician's incentive should be the care of a patient not of their wallet.
