Disappointed :( I had heard great things so I gave this a try today when my 9 year old had stomach/side cramping. I had already thought it might be a kidney infection or UTI so I mentioned to the dr we saw (female dark hair) and she said it was more serious and we needs to go to ER because she thought it was something that required surgery (a long name that meant bowels were tied up) even though he did not have any of the symptoms. I asked if they checked urine and she said no but they can do that in ER. I went to ER and told them what urgent care dr said. They said that his symptoms were no where near what she had told me she thought he had and tested his urine. Sure enough, he had a simple UTI. I'm not sure if Exer dr just wanted to get rid of us since it was near end of day on a Sunday or what but it was a complete waste of my time, money and more importantly she caused my son unnecessary pain for something that could have been easily diagnosed by a first year resident with a simple urine test. The front desk lady even had us give a sample when we got there yet the dr still didn't even check it. I will not be going back there.
