We had to fight for a parking spot in the parking lot and the We began to get out of the car and suddenly a guy who appeared to be in a gang's dog that was on a CHAIN. The dog began trying to jump out of the window at my dog. Next, a man who had his German shepherd mix OFF the leash also started coming at us. I believe that more security or monitoring should be done regarding the dogs and their owners. Others dogs could be hurt or worse, because of the people who don't keep their dogs on leashes.
