All of my neck/shoulder muscles contracted and they had to reinsert my IV to give me some kind of muscle relaxers and took me back into the procedure room to give me more numbing shots (I forget the name). My dr was didn't know what was happening but he didn't give me any pain medication to take home. My mom had to drive me home (an hour away) while I tried not to scream out. After a week of vomiting, agony and a total of 15 hrs of sleep in 8 days he prescribed gabapentin which brought my pain down to an 8 while I felt like I was drunk on it. He made me get off it after 1 month and my pain was at a constant 9. It's been 5 months from the procedure and I still haven't recovered and that dr told me there was nothing else he could do. The reason I wrote this review (because normally I don't even care) but the worse part about this whole fiasco (even worse than my skin being ruined) is that the owner has yet to call to check on me and her mistake! I haven't heard from her since that Monday I went in, despite the many attempts to contact her. Absolutely no follow-up, no empathy, no concern. Nothing, the absolute worse!
