This practice and service was horrible. I took my coworker there because he wasn't feeling well. The establishment was hidden underground a shopping mall with no clear directions how to actually get into the place. Once we found out where it was there was no doctor there and we had to wait 30 minutes for him to come. How do you have a medical urgent care facility with no doctor on hand. The receptionist was not hospitable and was not comforting to my sick co worker. there was also no working bathroom at the facility. There was nothing comforting nor was there any human compassion for a visibly sick man.
