We have grown to trust his word and professional diagnosis 100% weather it is good or bad. Dr. Cartwright has always been willing to answer any questions over the phone even if it is concerning our other cat, Serge, or our new puppy Tao. His office is always immaculate and the Staff there are extremely personable and professional. Denise always makes us feel welcome when we walk in and we have never had to wait to very long to see the Doctor and have never had an issue with seeing him on short notice, sometimes as little as 1 hour. He has excellent hours for those who work 9 to 5 and he is even open on Saturdays. We have always felt like the prices were very reasonable considering the extremely high quality level of service.
