I wish I could leave this place with NO stars. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, five months pregnant and pretty sure I had a sinus infection. I had met my deductible and Out of Pocket for over a month when I went into visit. At the end of check-in the lady at the front desk informed me I would have to pay my copay. I politely went over my deductible and OOP being met for 2016 so I wouldn't have to pay anything. She continued to inform me that urgent care is different then regular visits. I shared with her I work for one of the largest hospitals in the Houston area and I do insurance for them on a daily basis. I asked to be billed because I would not be responsible for that. She replied stating that they do not do payment plans for my copay amount. I also shared that I had an HSA card and if I were to pay with that I would infact have to deal with the headache of trying to get my refund from them.
