I went there because I had a been sick with a virus for some time, suspected bronchitis and needed antibiotics. I arrived just a few minutes after 5:00. No on was in the waiting area. I tried to log into the kiosk but it won't let me. The Nurse Practitioner is stepping out of one room and going into another. I tell her the kiosk won't let me log in. She seems puzzled and takes a look. Then proceeds to tell me that the kiosk won't let me in because there won't be enough time to complete my visit before office hours close at 5:30. At this point, we had 25 minutes until the office closed! She refused to see me because I could not log in. I all but begged her to see me. It wouldn't have taken but 10 minutes! She wouldn't budge. Then referred me to urgent care. I can only assume that she planned on leaving early since no one was waiting, and I was foiling her plan. There was absolutely no compassion.
