In August of 2012, my husband and i went to this establishment to treat a neck spasm my husband was having. When we received our bill in the mail, we found that my husband was charged for services that were not provided and when we asked about their billing procedures and for an explanation of being charged for services my husband did not receive (which i witnessed as i sat in the room with them), they were exceptionally rude, sexist, and unethical (over phone and in email) - - they actually told us that my husband could not get copy of his medicals records without paying our bill (Privacy Laws afford you the right to get access to your records within a reasonable amount of time). They also threatened to send us to a collection agency over a $128 balance during the time we were trying to understand how they could bill us for services that they did not provide. We even contacted our personal insurance company to report our suspicions of fraud (after all, our insurance also paid for services that my husband did not have), and our insurance couldn't even get them on the phone, So, regrettably we paid the bill to make it go away - we were shopping for a house and didn't think it was worth having it on our credit report. Fast forward to 3/16/16 - we get another bill - - this time for $5. How is it possible that 4 years later - - after we have paid our balance that we now have a new bill??
