I then ask for a manager, and she says that there isn't a manager present. So I was lied to. Seeing as pneumonia is a serious illness , I would think that they would take this seriously. I will definitely let my insurance know about this. I've never in my life had to wait for results for an X-ray like this. Adding insult to injury was the person who answered the phone. She spoke as if she was in a hurry and couldn't wait to get me off the phone soon enough.
