I went in the the clinic on a Sunday because I had so much back pain I couldn't wait to go to my doctor. The wait was reasonable, about 20 minutes. The medical care was very good from Dr. Guittierez who examined me carefully and reassured me that I did not have spinal damage. I asked for a physical therapy prescription which he ordered after reviewing x-rays which he had done (I didn't have to wait long for the x-rays). When I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised that the visit and x-ray cost was reasonable. I also want to compliment the staff (Ivory and others) who were friendly and helpful when I called later on two occasions to request an extension of my physical therapy prescription. They took care of this in a timely manner and even called me back on a Sunday to let me know it had been done. He listened to her breathing but didn't take an X-ray. Told the mother to give her dimetapp. Did he not realize that it suppresses a cough. Should not be used to suppress a cough when pneumonia is suspected. So she walked out with no antibiotic and was still sick Monday. Was brought back to her pediatrician and guess what. SHE HAS PNEUMONIA. A simple X-ray on Saturday would have given her 2 days of medication behind her. I wouldn't bring a rodent to this place.
