I really wish I had been smarter and done more research before visiting this place. But as a resident of Los Angeles with no health insurance, I didn't feel like I had many options. Wow! You know in your mind though that the plane is going super fast. b) Vote 209: Balanced Budget Act of 1997. U.S. Senate, July 31, 1997. < > Founded in Los Angeles in 1997, Flogging Molly has always defied categorization. The infectious originality of their songs is a badge of honor and key to the band's creativity, their urgency. They infuse punk rock with Celtic instrumentsviolin, mandolin and the accordionand they merge blues progressions with grinding guitars and traditional Irish music, the music of King's youth. We're not a traditional band, explains Dublin-born King. We are influenced by traditional music and inspired by it, but without question we put our own twist on it. Theirs is music of exile and rebellion, of struggle and history and protest. It's music of a country torn down the middle, a deeply beautiful and wounded country that knows no quit, and Flogging Molly pays homage to that resolve in every note. Whether it's a driving anthem like Black Friday Rule or the upbeat duet with Lucinda Williams, Factory Girls, the band's only criteria for its music is simple and bone-deep: that it matter. CDC and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) reviewed the most recent 5years of available data (2004 - 2008) on Emergency Room visits involving the nonmedical use of prescription drugs from SAMHSA's Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN). The report showed that the estimated number of Emergency Room visits for nonmedical use of opioid analgesics increased 111% during 2004 - 2008 (from 144,600 to 305,900 visits). The highest numbers of ED visits were recorded for oxycodone, hydrocodone, and methadone. For the year 2008, rates for opioids increased sharply after age 17 years, peaked in the 21 - 24 years age group.(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2010) After much research, I discovered that only a very few doctors take health insurance for spinal decompression. I did the epidurals several times with some relief, but it didn't last and surgery wasn't an option. No one told me about spinal decompression. I had to hear about it from a friend and that's when the research started. I met with Dr. Karr and he reviewed my exam and MRI with me in detail. It mode complete sense as it related to the pin I was having, that being a nerve in my lower back being pinched and how everyone has a different idea of how to treat it. I decided to do treatment with Dr. Karr and I started noticing a difference rather quick. He explained that most people don't notice relief that quickly and Dr. Karr changed my treatment plan and started me on strengthening exercises. I believe he is the only office offering Medx with decompression. The cost was a fraction of what other offices wanted me to pay out of pocket and I must say I can imagine getting any better treatment elsewhere. I like to DRX9000 as oppose to the other machines I looked into. I am pain free and much more confident in my daily activities. I suggest seeing Dr. Karr before considering anything else. view less Participates in charge management to ensure chart accuracy with each visit. I loved both doctors and was always pleased with my care by Dr. Turner and Dr. Webster! I was shocked to find out that both Dr. Webster and Dr. Turner had left the clinic. What a huge change this made for the worse! They only have Physician Assistants to see patients - not doctors. The manager at the front J.J. was extremely rude when I asked about the previous doctors and refused to turn the TV on so that all of waiting to be seen could watch the game. I had to wait a really long time to be seen by a really cocky PA who didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and just wanted to run my bill up with a bunch of tests. Not going back and I would warn others to be aware of their charges! Walked into room with lady who did not tell me she was a doctor or what she was. She asked my symptoms and typed it in her laptop and was like I think i can find this somewhere. She look at my symptoms for 5 min and said I think I know what is it. She refused to give a specific diagnosis and prescribed me something I can purchase over the counter. I asked what about my other condition and she said she can only look at one condition at a time. I said I think they are related and she said maybe next time. The whole appointment lasted maybe 12 min. I was charged $145 for 12 min of time from someone who was definitely not a doctor. My insurance is a PPO and it only covered $5. Worst experience I have in any clinic or doctors office in my life as well as the most expensive.

And she must have a big heart, because after I fed her, she ate and then waited and waited in the front of her kennel for me to come back around to pet her. I could not open the door of her kennel without her thrusting her head into my hands and making me rub her chin and neck. And then she rolled over on her side and made me pet her some more. This big Baby has clearly been someone's love bug for many years, and she is looking for a new human companion who is equally smitten with her. It's not hard, I assure you, to fall for Baby because she is just so sweet and appreciative of attention.
