On Tuesday 2pm, it wasnt so busy when I walked in. There were a few ppl in rooms already and 2 more waiting outside. The receptionist told me it would be 30-40 min wait. So I stayed. After one hour of waiting and seeing all the ppl who came after me walk in, I asked her when I would go in. She oh you will probably be the next probably?? Shouldn't she know who's in line?? And another 10 min go by, she puts 2 ppl in rooms before me and finally calls me into a room. Some of the ppl that went in had appointments but some were walk ins.
