I shared with her I work for one of the largest hospitals in the Houston area and I do insurance for them on a daily basis. I asked to be billed because I would not be responsible for that. She replied stating that they do not do payment plans for my copay amount. I also shared that I had an HSA card and if I were to pay with that I would infact have to deal with the headache of trying to get my refund from them.
