When I say met with I mean the whole visit with her took less than a minute. Wait time was 1 hr, visit with Doctor less than a minute wth! No bedside manner, extremely rude. I'm laying down on the patient bed, she barges in, no knock on the door, no hello, attitude! I have been sick 3 times in less than 2 months and thought it was time to take some antibiotics for my cough, I asked her a question regarding my cough and she said, well what do you want me to do about it I'm giving you medication. RUDE RUDE RUDE. This past weekend I saw a commercial for this! It's so funny about how my awareness is much more acute since this post. Dr. Primas is a very kind & patient doctor who is readily available. One thing I really appreciated about him was the fact he was detailed, yet very straight forward. I also appreciated how he explained what he was doing why. Before I left his office, he urged me to keep in contact on how I am feeling; whether I was feeling better or not. Needed to find an Urgent Care Clinic for my swollen tonsils. All the times I've gone to US Health Works, there has yet to be an actual Dr. on site. Decided to give this place a call. Spoke with Jessica and she was very informative so I decided to go there. I was seen within 10 min of filling out the New Patient forms which is a plus. Once in the exam room, an actual Dr. came in. She opened her introduction with a joke which made me happy since I'm not a huge fan of Doctors. I told her which medications I've taken and have yet to work for me. So she suggested a shot and prescribed some medication as well just in case the swelling returned. She also gave me suggestions on how to prevent the swelling from occurring.
