I paid my co-pays in-person before each visit, and I can view my claims online which show they were covered and exactly what was charged. I am having no issues at all from my insurance. AAYU, however, emailed me a bill which I could not view unless I logged into their Patient Portal. I do not have an account or password with the Patient Portal, so that is really strange that they would send me a statement I am unable to view. After letting them know, they emailed me the statement and it claims that I only paid a fraction of my co-pay. However, my credit card statement and receipt show I paid the full amount. This is really, really shady and I'm appalled that this clinic really does run as poorly as mentioned in the other reviews. The practices are in such a stark contrast to the fancy interior, that I'm starting to think this place is a sham. Contact the dentist and rinse the mouth with warm water. Pain medication such as ibuprofen (not aspirin) can be taken for any discomfort, and cold compresses on the mouth can help with swelling.
