She was so nice, I had to double check that I was at a doctor's office. I waited no more than 5 minutes after filling in my paper work to be taken to the back rooms for care. The front desk person took my vitals and listened to my health concerns, which were complex due to a prescription medication I take. She listened and promised to relay my concerns to the Physician's Assistant, who would be seeing me. Police behavior, long identified by minority communities as abusive, and now made visceral for the rest of us via pocket video and the internet, discredits police. The next day I woke up feeling a lot better than the past days, and to make matters even better I received a phone call to follow up on how I was doing. I really am glad I took the time and drive from Buckeye to this facility. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen that someday but can't get a doctor's appointment. Please BEWARE MedSpring does NOT verify your insurance prior to your appointment and will send you a large bill following - I highly suggest asking as many questions as possible prior to scheduling an appointment. MedSpring provided incorrect information and poor customer service in regard to resolving the billing issue. I will NOT return to this clinic and I highly encourage you not to as well unless you desire a large medical bill with no assistance nor compassion from MedSpring.
