I went into a room maybe 30-40 minutes after waiting, which seemed ok. I was then placed in the room and left there for a long period of time. The assistant came in at one point, took vitals, and then left me waiting again. I understand it gets busy, but it seemed as if they hide patients in rooms so you don't realize how long you are going to wait. If someone came to check on me or update me on the progress, I would not be writing this review. Being left in a room for over an hour without being seen was to me, not acceptable. I work in the healthcare field and how they went about treating the rush of patients, was not ok. Needless to say, I ended up leaving after almost 2 hours without being seen. I then asked for my copay back and to make sure my apt was cancelled, and they tried to make me wait even longer for that.
