The doctor was pretty thorough, and they have onsite x-ray so if you need an x-ray you don't have to go to a separate facility (usually a hospital) like you do with other urgent care clinics. They can do onsite flu tests. First this is not a decision for a child to make on their own. This issue has repeated occurred at this orthodontist practice. The dental assistants only communicate with the children and not the parents. I was never provided any information when she had her braces initially removed. There seems to be a problem with all sorts of communication in the office. When I had called a year ago (multiple times) to find out the estimate for braces for my son, I never received a call back from the appropriate office staff.
