I go pick up the car and the shop manager who has a total crap face attitude on 24/7 with all customers which is rude by the way. Don't know why they even hired his ass. He tell me that would be the last time they would replace it and starts blaming me for the reason it gave out. He kept telling me that it was because I left my foot on the clutch while at the light which I never do. I've been driving stick since I was 16 and I'm 25 now and I'm still driving stick since I hate autos. I know all the Do's and don't of driving a manual. So I said Ok fine whatever cuz I wasn't going to argue with the guy. So now it's been about a month driving the car from home to work and anyone else does and the clutch noise came back. So now I'm very passed off since the manager decides to remove my warranty so they wouldn't have to do the job again and now I'm stuck with a messed up clutch after a month and he would poll tell me it's my fault again. Did he ever think it might be a crap part or maybe his mechanic isn't doing it right? No blame the customer for everything and then over charge his ass. Another thing that they is they give you a quote for example my clutch and lower ball joint job they did they told me around $1000 and then they tell me well we can leave it to you for about $700ish but cash. Why can't u just charge me the 700ish on my card. That's that bullshit they try to scam people. Just yesterday Saturday April 30th I went in for an oil change. I've been there multiple times already and have all my record on the computer. The attitude manager tells me it would be an hour wait so I say OK that's fine. Now another guy pulls up about 15 mind later and tell them he needs an oil change as well. The manager tells him OK it's a hour and half wait. The guy leave the car there and walks across the street. No lie 15 mind later and a total of 30 for me just sitting there the mechanic puts that guys car on the stands before mine for an oil change. The manager Clearly saw the guys car when he pulled up and knew I was ahead of him but didn't say anything. I sat there for about a hour and half before my car was even put on the stand. The manager didn't even apologize for the wait or the mix up. Then I over heard him telling some guy that he would need to replace the starter and battery for $700!!!!! That's insane for the easiest job. The guy tell him that he would be able to do that much and his ball park was $400 the manager goes and talkes to the owner and comes back and tells him or ! 500 cash and they could do it. That's a $200 drop just for cash oh and he would take care of the taxes? Really. Why didn't he quote the guy $500 from the beginning. Why rip people off and expect to keep customers. Do an honest job and charge the right amount. I would have never gone to a mechanic but since I work everyday and don't have time to work on it myself I'm forced to go to one but never again will I go to there over priced scam mechanic shop not even if my ball joint takes a dump on me. I'll just make the time to fix it myself then pay them $1000 again when I know it should have been a $200-400 job in the first place. That's all I have to say about them. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else or just do the work yourself where you will save hundreds and know you did the job right. A disinterested resident a-hole (who marked me up as having a psychiatric illness because I was in pain and he could not figure out why, nor did he care), told me why my medical records and diagnostic charts were falsified and denial of polite attitudes that civil human beings use, and lies directly to my face by healthcare 'professionals' were ALL happening because I was not supposed to still be alive.
