I signed up to do the custom facial, and after the woman started the procedure, she said she was doing the red carpet facial as it was better for my skin type, which was more expensive of course. I would have liked it if she asked me if she could do a more expensive facial before starting, instead of asking if it is okay while she was already doing it?? But the woman was very sweet and I do have to admit that the facial was pretty amazing, except for the extractions she did which really hurt. But my skin felt really soft afterwards and even today it feels softer, so they do deserve 4 stars because it really made my skin look better. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience.
