But in this instance I sincerely wanted to share my experience. I am visiting NYC from Los Angeles for business. I developed a horrible cough. I desperately needed to see a Doctor on a Sunday morning as I had a very important day on Mon. I walked in without a making an appointment first thing as they opened the door. The entire experience was truly delightful. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and helpful. I saw a Doctor within 15 mins and was thoroughly examined. I even asked a question about pricing before I had my strep throat test. The rate was extremely reasonable. The Doctor, I wish I could remember her name, was soo nice and friendly. I left with a prescription for the cough and a settled feeling knowing that I would be better in a few days. To my surprise I even received a follow up phone call a few days later to see how I was feeling I cannot recommend this urgent care enough. Hopefully i will never be sick in NYC again but if I am this will be my first stop every time.
