The Receptionist is rude and right off she starts talking about how they tried calling me but I had no voicemail... I was baffled because I didn't even really care, I just wanted to get my results. I waited probably an hour, then was informed that I would have to pay for a full visit even though it was just to discuss my results?? ok. I said. When the Dr. came it wasn't the Dr. I had seen, it was actually an NP I had never met before. She came in right away not very calm saying that my test results were serious! and I replied ok I understand...she then stated DONT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY because YOU COULD DIE ???!! this women literally said this to me, then stated that she had a friend who had Ovarian cancer and it spread all over her body??!! Then she proceeded to lecture me about how I didn't get in touch with them about my results etc..and I had to put a stop to it..I told her I was not there to get a lecture only to get my results. I explained to her that I have an OBGYN and I have my tests done regularly and I stay on top of my health, but she kept being really condescending towards me as if I was a child. It was like everything I stated she had something negative to say back. She tells me that I can't just go annually for my tests, I basically said that I will do what my own personal OBGYN tells me ( end of story). Basically what it came down to was my test was not in the norm and it would be in my best interest to have another one done. I informed this women that I would be in touch with MY OBGYN and I wanted no more services from them, not even for birth control!!
