I came in on 12/24/13 was seen my medical assistant Lizz and Nurse Practitioner Melida Knibbs who told me to come in on 12/28 between 10am-12pm for my results, because she would only be there at those times. I was just coming for results so I came late at almost 1pm. Needless to say, my results were not ready, they were pending because Lizz submitted them late an tried to act like it was a lab issue at first. I was told Melida was not there and that someone else would see me. Melida I saw tending to other patients so I was confused. She then saw me at like 2:05 and gave me most of my results except 2, one being the HIV one that I was really worried about. She asked me if we screened for that, at which point I was annoyed because she should know what she screened for, then she asked me if I filled out the paper work for that test, and I told her I filled out whatever they gave me. She called Lizz in the room who admitted to filling the paperwork for me, and sent the results late which is why it was still pending. I was beyond annoyed, because this was not at all an efficient or urgent care. Melida promised to call me herself, and wrote down my number to update me on my results on 12/31 at the end of the day, and she just called me today, how professional. I was however sent an email from a Boston road Medical which was very confusing since I was not seen at Boston road, but I looked into and long an behold its access to my results, which I have no idea how to interpret on my own.
