My current puppy needed one of his baby teeth pulled because the permanent tooth was coming in and the baby tooth was pulled. My only complaint on this is that I had to wait anxiously for 2 weeks for the surgery and I did not get to meet the doctor this time either. The assistant allowed me to walk the dog to the waiting crate and it appeared to be very clean. I didn't fear that I would be leaving my dog to catch something while coming for care.
