I has used this office as my family practice. This was a mistake. The staff were not helpful and would contradict their information depending who was on shift, they were not friendly and when you asked to book new appointments it was if you were being a hassle. Recently my doctor at this practice disappeared, she did not tell the staff where she was going or what to do with her current patients. Then when I finally found a new doctor, I requested my files to be transferred to my new practice, I had to pay $6 (not a problem) but they do not take cheque, or credit so I had to mail the cash in. Once mailed they sent my files to my house!! It was clearly stated to go to my new practice. This is some pretty sloppy behaviour with some very important information.
