We got in immediately, and right away the care from the nurse practitioner and medical student training there was perfect. They listened to everything I (and my 3.5-year-old!) had to say. I didn't feel rushed or not heard. They asked many questions and gave a thorough exam. The doctor wound up seeing her because of the severity of her fever, and he also was very kind, very thoughtful, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She needed fluids and a prescription, which we obtained in a few minutes, and we were on our way home to rest.
