Nicest & fastest urgent care I've ever been to. Very modern & clean facilities with a nice waiting area. They are in my neighborhood so I didn't have to drive, but they have a parking lot for those that do & they are probably a half mile or so from the Damen or Western Blue Line stops so easy to get to through multiple modes of transportation. Pre-registered on their website to reserve a time slot, and was seen within 5-10 minutes upon arrival after completing my new patient paperwork. Nursing & doctor staff were nice & I was in/ out with a diagnosis and treatment plan fairly quickly. They keep some prescription meds on site, so that saved me a trip to the pharmacist which I especially appreciate when feeling sick. I obviously hope I don't need to see them again, but wouldn't hesitate to use them for future immediate care needs.
