He asked where I was having the most tension, talked about my running and fitness habits, actually read the info I put down because he asked about my ankle which I sprained a few months ago and did a wonderful job. I've never had a massage like that. Every muscle was stretched and massaged. I was pulled, stretched, rubbed, kneaded and felt the tension and stress release from my body.
