I told them that It was fine, and she said to come in for just a quick look at the hand and there was no fee for that follow up! I came in and got another joke of a PA. Waited for about 20 minutes to be seen. Went in an a female PA came in for about i minute , turned my hand over then she left the room. That was it! They are trying to charge me for this Asian PA female to look at my hand, Her report noted the wrong hand also! What an incompetent group of RUDE people! I went here to avoid the high co pay at an emergency room but WHAT a nightmare dealing with people that are rude and will not correct the mistake they made! Find another place if possible!
