It is basically an occupational medicine office - accepting appointments for this purpose only - and fit in urgent (using the term quite loosely) care walk-in patients in between appointments. Even the people with appointments were complaining about the length of the wait. 1 1/2 - 2 hours is the normal wait time. When was finally called back, I was seen by a physician assistant who was incredibly rude and abrupt. It was beyond the old phrase no bedside manner. That is usually used to describe a situation where the doctor is just non-communicative with the patient. This man was actually rude. I am a person who rarely goes to the doctor and now I will go less. I will never go back to this office. I am in search of another urgent care in the area. As one woman previously said, I will drive to Poulsbo even though it is inconvenient to avoid this office. When you are already not feeling well, this is the last place you want to be.
