This was the worst experience I had at a medical facility. The one star is for the nice receptionist who was taking calls, attending to the patients, and cleaning up vomit in the waiting room. The 2nd star is for the inundated PA who was obviously overwhelmed by doing it all. The PA was sick and had a mask on. I entered at 6:30 and left at 10:10. Once I was put in a room I had to wait another 45 minutes to be seen by the PA. Patients who came after me were seen by the PA (Physician Assistant) before me. When asked where is the doctor, I was told there is no doctor, he wasn't there. There was no on-call physician either. If you want proper care do not go here. They were out of water in the waiting room. The facility is clean but you don't get real service because whoever is managing this doesn't really care about the sick people they service, they only care about the money. I will never go back.
