I understand that it is a Urgent Care facility as well, and perhaps if I was seeking them out as an urgent care, my lens on the situation would have been a bit different. I don't ever write reviews but this has to be the worst urgent care I've ever been too. I will never go to any Immediate care after the way I was treated. Both times they've sent me to the ER because they didn't have the materials/supplies for my medical needs. Let me give you an example: I sliced my finger open with a knife accidentally and full well knew I needed stitches. I checked in and told the receptionist what had happened and that I probably needed stitches while holding my hand with a dish towel to stop the bleeding. I waited for over an hour to be taken back, had to retail my story, medication review, vitals etc. The nurse left and I overhear her talking to someome about my medications and making assumptions as to why I'm taking them. I was offended because I jave two rare genetic conditions and she was making poor accusations that weren't true as to why I was taking certain medications. The doctor comes in, looks at my finger and says I need stitches but she doesn't have the supplies. I was furious and she said I wouldn't be charge and I agreed because it was a wasted hour when I could have actually been getting treatment. Needless to say both cases I went to Northwest and I had excellent service and would recommend going there over Immediate Care. The staff here are not professional and they never have supplies. There wasn't enough money for their mother to travel with them, so the children came alone to meet an aunt living in East Los Angeles. It was very scary, Lozano recalls. I remember my mom telling me not to fall asleep because they can kidnap us. After filling out first time paper work, I was honestly in and out in about 15 minutes! I'm sure waiting times vary depending on when you go, but for 4pm on a Thursday, this was awesome! The health plan contracts with an additional 200 doctors to provide specialized care and services. I received 2 tops and 2 pants, the tops were fine but their sizing is too large, I'm a 36 and ordered the large pants and what I received were more like XXXL because they fell off of me. They were very very shady and I had the worst customer service experience. They became upset with me when I contcted the BBB and changed their promise and never sent me the correct sized pants AFTER I returned the pants that were too large. I spoke to a guy named Karim and then when I called back the same guy with the same tone and voice answered, was extremely dude and told me I could go tell God or the President about my experience. I hope you all have better luck with these unprofessional fools.
