I showed up with a left hand that was very swollen, throbbing in great pain, due to a nail salon mistake. Waited for about 45 minutes with a very snarky front desk redeaded young female that was rude to me and to others coming in. Finally I got in and a nurse asked me the usual questions and said the PA would be in. The Asian female PA seemed to imply that I was a drug seeking patient and hand was not in that much pain, I got xrays and some meds for the pain and infection issue. Upon reading the report she writes that it was the right hand (NOT) I asked for a correction but they said 'oh just a type and it didn't matter! i said that it did and thatI inttended to take it to an attorney, possibly. The desk person refused to correct the issue! I paid for my co-pay when I was there. A few days later I got a call form some female saying that they wanted to look at my hand which was healing. I told them that It was fine, and she said to come in for just a quick look at the hand and there was no fee for that follow up! I came in and got another joke of a PA. They are trying to charge me for this Asian PA female to look at my hand, Her report noted the wrong hand also! What an incompetent group of RUDE people!
