And there was so much noise and people were yakking around and coming and going. They should have it in a quiet room and they didn't have a person talking to you. You were watching just the video. That's all the instruction was, just the video. I was feeling ok after the massage until a few hours later when I got this bad pain in my neck. I hadn't done anything strenuous, simply gotten on the train to go home. I was expecting a little muscle soreness, after all this isn't my first massage and my shoulders are pretty messed up. But this was full on pain like I had badly strained a muscle. It's still hurting 2 days later, though it's better today than yesterday. It hurts when I laugh, cough, sneeze, yawn, or swallow as well as during certain normal head movements. So at this point I could have saved my money, not gone to get this massage, and probably felt better than I do currently. I don't know what happened, but I won't be going back.
