The sick people won't bug you, we just want a warm place to sit and wait until you officially open. it's sad to see 5 sick people freezing outside waiting for you to open. I learned that I had not diagnosed myself accurately and instead had an upper respiratory infection. Basically a very severe cold. When I asked why the severity of my symptoms the doctor explained everything to me. It was the first time someone had broken a cold down for me like this. In the end, he gave me some tips and sent me home to rest with a copy of our conversation. I don't venture into Urgent Care often, but of my experience, this has been the best.
