This is the little clinic inside the Walgreens of the same address. The whole visit started out ok. I had what seemed to be an upper respiratory infection. I needed to see a doc or a nurse practitioner to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. I did not need a hospital affiliated clinic that would charge me an arm & a leg. I was seen by Rosemary Magner, RN, FNP - who was very pleasant. The visit was relatively quick, but not so quick I felt as though I was rushed. I chose to have my prescription sent to the Kroger nearest my apartment (review forthcoming), because I don't care for Walgreens and the clinic isn't affiliated with them anyway. This is where the problems started. There are small paper tapes covering the incision under the gauze. The incisions, under the pieces of tape, have been closed with dissolvable stitches. Do not remove the small pieces of tape by yourself - they will fall off on their own in 5 to 7 days. Do not place any antibiotic ointments or creams on the new scar. This place sucks. I went there expecting for the doctor to know what is going on with my body. He told me that I just have dry skin and that there's nothing wrong although I expand on my symptoms and what I'm feeling. He doesn't want to check me nor touch me to see what the issue is. He tells me what I could possibly have instead of just dry skin after I refuse to take his first answer. Then he prescribes me a cream that didn't work at all. I had to go two days after that to an Immediate Care Facility to get rechecked and the doctor there did an examination, took my blood, and all of the rest of the normal stuff doctors do.
