I came in for some rather minor but persistent issues. I was seen by Dr. Miller and she ultimately determined that I had nothing serious, which was good. Although she was thorough, I did find her to be a bit dismissive and inadvertently condescending throughout her diagnosis. I can tell she meant well, but this is no excuse to treat a patient like they're a hypochondriac for playing it safe and seeking medical help. Perhaps she was having a bad day. This last incident though may be my last straw. They did blood work on me to see where I was at with my testosterone. I never spoke with a doctor. Instead I kept speaking with this technician who was extremely helpful but clearly was not qualified to answer my questions The technician told me that I have an abnormal blood test and I need to see the medical director who only comes in on Wednesday. The other doctor there was not qualified to keep giving me testosterone treatments. The entire thing just seems really shady. With other qualified clinics popping up I would not recommend this place for anybody. I can honestly say we were treated like family.
